Bench: warmup, 225×5, 265×3, 275×3, 280×3 , 225×3

170×3 is a triple PR for me on DL. Nothing to brag about, but it means I’m still improving, which is good.
Plan to comp: going to start relaxing a bit for 2 weeks. This means not taking out max singles for a while, and doing a bit more volume, but not necessarily PR volume. Then, I’m going to start a 3 week smolov for squat routine with DLs and bench as “accessory”. Then run a three-lift openers practice on a single day and then have a week to rest. I find that smolov squat routines help me the most to get ready for big comp lifts, so going to try this out.
