Wanted to go light, but paused bench singles aren’t exactly taxing to the system, so I did those too:
Squat: warmup, 315×3, 365×3, 2@375×3, walkout at 465 for funtimez
Bench: warmup, 225×5, 275×1 paused, 285×1 paused, 290×1 paused (PR), 225×5 cooldown
supersetted pullups and pushdowns. I dont like the feeling of dips anymore (not nice on the collarbone area) so did a few but skipped them.
I think come comp, 275 will be my bench opener. Will have to run it several more times to ensure I’m confident with the long pause.
